We have been around for a long time – in 2021 we celebrate our 75th anniversary. Over the years we have often been influential in promoting good architecture and urban design and helping protect valuable historic buildings and townscape.

But we continue to be very active. At the moment, we are putting a lot of energy and resources into developing an education programme to help our young people in Doncaster better understand and value our rich architectural heritage.
And we are expanding our popular guided walks programme.
At £5 per annum, membership is very good value. If you are interested in architecture and the historic built environment we think you will enjoy our programme of talks. If you want, you could become involved in any of our activity groups – for example, joining our planning committee, manning our stand at local history fairs or helping us expand our tree planting scheme.
